Kristen has been defending the rights of the accused since 2001 in Naples, Florida and is thoroughly familiar with the Judges and Prosecutors in Collier County. She personally handles every client matter and will take the time to return every phone call. All of Kristen's clients receive her personal cell phone number so that you can reach her day or night, seven days a week.

KRISTEN E. RODGER graduated with honors from Kean University in New Jersey where she was a double major in Political Science and Criminology. She received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in December of 2000. Kristen started her career as an attorney as an Assistant Public Defender in the 20th judicial circuit before joining the law firm of Berry, Day, & McFee where she worked from 2002 through 2009. While employed at Berry, Day, & McFee, Ms. Rodger worked solely with Donald Day on hundreds of criminal cases as simple as driving offenses and as complex as first degree murders.
Kristen now owns her own law practice. She is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where she previously served on the board of directors and was a past president of the Collier County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. These organizations help provide ongoing education and specialized training for defense attorneys while also advocating for the guarantee of individual rights of citizens in criminal cases. She is also a member of the Collier County Women's Bar Association as well as the Young Lawyer's Division. Kristen currently represents those accused of felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, and all traffic matters, and injunction defense.
